These beautiful boots have TPR, rubber, outsoles. They are waterproof boots with a 15" shaft and a 14 ½ inch circumference. Women reviewing these boots like the square toe box. It's a comfy place for toes! An inside gore creates a great fit The zipper makes this an easy on and off boot.
