On close inspection of this boot at both Zappos and Silhouettes the ankle detailing is the same. Both boots come in widths up to extra wide. The main difference besides Zappos' free shipping and current 66 nearly perfect wearer reviews is:

• Medium width has a 14" calf
• wide width has a 17" calf
• extra wide width has a 19" calf

And these boots are currently slight less expensive at Zappos than Silhouettes. Even though they are currently on sale at Silhouettes. At Silhouettes you have a choice of ordering medium, wide or extra wide width boots. Then selecting either a wide, 16", calf, or a extra wide, 18"calf.
